Payment methods

Company of transport:
All shipments will be sent through Correos.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase according to the destination address. If the amount cannot be calculated at the time of purchase, we will be happy to send you a shipping quote by email.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla;
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are shipped through Mail and
are subject to specific customs regulations.
– Our invoices do not include VAT, but the customer must pay IGIC (in the Canary Islands) or IPSI (in Ceuta and Melilla), in addition to any import duties or taxes applied by customs.
– Mail manages the customs formalities and may charge an additional fee for customs clearance (DUA).
– These costs do not depend on us and may vary according to current regulations.
– Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, which may cause delays beyond our control.
For more information on applicable duties and taxes, we recommend that you check with your local customs office prior to purchase.
Shipments outside the European Union;
For customers placing orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Latin America, etc.), shipments are made through Mail under the "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) mode. This means that:
– The recipient is responsible for paying import duties, customs taxes and any other fees applicable in his country.
– VAT and customs duties only apply within the EU VAT area. Countries outside this area (UK, Switzerland, USA, etc.) must pay these costs according to their local regulations.
– It is possible that Mail or the courier company at destination charges an additional fee for customs clearance.
– Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, which may cause delays beyond our control.
Client's responsibility;
Mail will arrange shipments, but customs clearance, including payment of import duties and taxes, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
– If the customer refuses the package at customs or does not pay the corresponding taxes, the order may be returned or retained by the customs authorities.
– In these cases, no refunds will be made for shipping costs or costs associated with the return.
– Before purchasing, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out the duties and taxes applicable to your order.
Shipping address:
We ship both nationally and internationally.
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.
Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
The delivery time of the order will be during normal working hours.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider has taken the measures required of a diligent merchant to ensure that the delivery can be made within the agreed time, for which reason no liability whatsoever may be imputed to the Provider.
Delivery times:
Items are usually shipped within 15 to 20 business days, although in periods of high demand (special promotions, high season) the delivery time could be affected, but we will always inform of possible delays.
Domestic packages usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, and international shipping orders may take 12 to 21 business days with the postal service option and about a week with the enhanced option. Please allow 14-21 days and check tracking details before declaring the package as "undelivered".
This term is understood as long as the availability of the product has been confirmed and full payment of the order has been verified.
Confirmation of shipment:
Upon delivery of the order to our carrier we will send you confirmation of shipment to the email address you provided when placing the order. In the shipping confirmation we will indicate the corresponding tracking number so that you can track the shipment through our carrier's website.
Delivery damage:
The products are shipped in secure packaging. If at the time of delivery, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, it is visible and clear that a product has defects caused by damage caused by transport or, in the same way, an error in the goods received, the customer should contact us immediately by email at [email protected], in order to proceed to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, at our discretion.
In these cases we recommend that you do not accept the order and that you note the problem on the carrier's delivery note, as this is the only way we can hold the carrier responsible for what happened.
In the event that you accept the box (always noting on the delivery note of the carrier that the box came with a blow or a breakage) under no circumstances throw away the box or the damaged merchandise, since the transport company will need it for the experts to assess the damage and we can make the replacement of the damaged items.
If you fail to do so, the carrier will consider that the order has been delivered without incident, and therefore, it will be impossible for us to replace the damaged items.
Likewise, if damage to the product is detected once the package has been opened while the packaging is in perfect condition, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity.
In any case, communications must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order to the following email address [email protected]Please write "DAMAGED PRODUCT" in the subject line of the e-mail, indicating the order number and explaining the problem. You must attach photographs of the damaged products, the box in which we sent the order and the shipping sticker of the shipping company.
Under no circumstances can we accept claims for damage caused during transport if more than 24 hours have passed since receipt of the order.

RETURN POLICY
We have a non-return policy on any of our products or services. This means that once an order has been placed and the product has been shipped or once access to any of the courses has been provided, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
We do not offer refunds on any of our products due to the nature of these items and since we do not have them in stock. Each product is made to order, custom made and to a specific size.
As with our physical products, all online training services and digital downloads offered are subject to an additional fee. non-refund policy. Once access to information has been provided, no refunds or cancellations are offered.
The only exception to this policy will be in cases where the product delivered is defective or is not the product you ordered.
Since some of our products are manufactured using 3D printing, it is important to keep in mind that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in its finish. During the printing process, it is normal for characteristics typical of this technology to appear, such as visible print lines or seam stitching at the junction of layers.
These particularities are not considered defects, but a natural consequence of the manufacturing method. Moreover, they do not affect the functionality of the tool in any way when applied in millinery.
By choosing our products, you are acquiring innovative pieces created with advanced technology, where each print retains the expected quality and design, but with the unique character provided by the artisanal 3D printing process.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
To do so, follow the instructions set out in the section "Shipping Policy - Delivery Damage" or "General Terms and Conditions", point "7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL".
